BBQ Lactose-free Cheese-stuffed Tomatoes
    
        
    
 
                 
             
            
                
            
    
    
    
        
            Directions
        
        
    - Preheat grill over medium heat. 
 
    - Cut off tops of tomatoes. Using a spoon, core insides of tomatoes, reserving all the flesh. Drain flesh of all water (the water will make your tomatoes fall apart on the grill so remove any liquid that accumulates). Finely chop flesh.  
 
    - To a large bowl, add 1 cup Saputo Lactose Free Feta, ¾ cup Saputo Lactose Free Mozzarellissima, herbs, tomato flesh, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well. 
 
    - Stuff tomatoes with mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Saputo Lactose Free Feta. Grill for 6-8 minutes covered until cheese starts to melt. The juices will begin to run. 
 
    - Remove from grill, top with extra herbs and enjoy.
