Vegetarian Wrap with Havarti
Ingredients
- 1 large collard green leaf
- 2 slices Saputo Havarti cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ¼ yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red cabbage leaf, julienned
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) hummus
Directions
- Blanch collard leaf one to two minutes in boiling water.
- Spread hummus on the collard leaf.
- Place Havarti cheese slices on top and garnish with remaining ingredients.
- Roll and slice.
