Ingredients: 1 large store-bought, pre-cooked pizza crust (or homemade); 30 ml (2 tbsp) pizza sauce; 1 roasted red pepper, sliced; 5 Paris mushrooms, minced; 225 g (½ lb) sliced pepperoni; 225 g (½ lb) sliced prosciutto; 225 g (½ lb) sliced capicollo; 225 g (½ lb) Italian sausage, chopped; 440 ml (1 ¾ cups) Saputo Italiano 4 Formaggi Shredded Cheese

Ingredients

1 large store-bought, pre-cooked pizza crust (or homemade)
30 ml (2 tbsp) pizza sauce
1 roasted red pepper, sliced
5 Paris mushrooms, minced
225 g (½ lb) sliced pepperoni
225 g (½ lb) sliced prosciutto
225 g (½ lb) sliced capicollo
225 g (½ lb) Italian sausage, chopped
440 ml (1 ¾ cups) Saputo Italiano 4 Formaggi Shredded Cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Spread the sauce over the crust. Add the toppings. Top with the Saputo Italiano 4 Formaggi shredded cheese.
