Fry the cheese according to the producer’s instructions. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the tahini sauce and reserve.
Cut the avocado and the cucumbers in thin slices.
Spread a bit of sauce on the upper part of each pita bread. Layer the kale, the cucumbers, the Saputo Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries, the turnip sticks and the falafels on top of the sauce.
Fold the sides so that they overlap in the middle and create a wrap. Enjoy!
