            Ingredients
        
        Lemon Tahini Sauce
    - 45 ml (3 tbsp) tahini
 
    - 45 ml (3 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
 
    - 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
 
    - Juice from half a lemon
 
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    
     
Sandwich
    - 250 g pack of Saputo Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries
 
    - 8 pita breads
 
    - 4 falafels
 
    - 4 kale leaves, minced
 
    - 2 Lebanese cucumbers
 
    - 2 tomatoes, sliced
 
    - 8 sticks of marinated turnip, to taste
 
    - 8 falafels 
 
 
     
    
        
            Directions
        
        
    - Fry the cheese according to the producer’s instructions. Reserve.
 
    - In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the tahini sauce and reserve.
 
    - Cut the avocado and the cucumbers in thin slices.
 
    - Spread a bit of sauce on the upper part of each pita bread. Layer the kale, the cucumbers, the Saputo Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries, the turnip sticks and the falafels on top of the sauce.
 
    - Fold the sides so that they overlap in the middle and create a wrap. Enjoy!
