Halloumi Style Breakfast Burger
Ingredients
For the tomato mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tsp.) tomato paste
- Pinch of paprika
- A few drops of hot sauce
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the tomato mayonnaise.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Cook the eggs according to your desired doneness.
- Drizzle a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the Saputo Cheese Patties for 3 to 4 minutes each side.
- Toast the bread slices and, on a work surface, spread them with the tomato mayonnaise. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bacon strips, the Saputo Cheese Patty and cooked eggs. Serve and enjoy!
