Halloumi Style Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

For the tomato mayonnaise

  • 15 ml (1 tsp.) tomato paste
  • Pinch of paprika
  • A few drops of hot sauce
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the tomato mayonnaise.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Cook the eggs according to your desired doneness.
  3. Drizzle a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the Saputo Cheese Patties for 3 to 4 minutes each side.
  4. Toast the bread slices and, on a work surface, spread them with the tomato mayonnaise. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bacon strips, the Saputo Cheese Patty and cooked eggs. Serve and enjoy!
