            Ingredients
        
        
    - 4 tomatoes (variety of colours), quartered  
 
    - 2 Lebanese cucumbers, chopped 
 
    - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 
 
    - 1 block (200 g) of Saputo Feta cheese, cut in slices
 
    - 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh oregano 
 
    - 12 black Kalamata olives
 
    - Zest from 1 fresh lemon
 
    - Ground black pepper
 
    - Handful of capers, rinsed 
 
     
    
        
            Directions
        
        
    - In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Lay the mixture on a large plate and place the Saputo Feta cheese in the middle. 
 
    - Garnish with oregano leaves, olives, and lemon zest. Season with pepper. 
 
    - Add capers to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
