            Ingredients
        
        
Dip
    - 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
 
    - 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
 
    - Juice from 1 lime
 
    - Green part of 1 green onion
 
    - 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
 
    - 1 garlic clove 
 
    - 1 jalapeño pepper
 
    - Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
 
 
     
    
        
            Directions
        
        
    - Fry the cheese according to the producer’s instructions. Reserve.
    
 
    - Put the ingredients for the dip in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the container as needed.
    
 
    - Taste to check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
    
 
    - Transfer to an airtight container and chill before serving.
    
 
    - Garnish with fresh coriander, serve with Saputo Halloumi-Style Cheese Fries with a hint of jalapeño and lime wedges.
