Parmigiano Reggiano
Raw milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet.
The ‘King of Parmesan’, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced in the Parma region of Italy. It’s aged for at least 24 months. The milk used to produce this cheese comes from cows that are fed alfalfa, giving it a unique taste, that is rich, nutty and well-rounded.
Imported from Italy, Grana Padano cheese has been aged for a minimum of 12 months. Subtle and savoury, it's a delicious addition to pastas and sauces.
